We are proud to offer free shipping anywhere in the United States. All International Shipping is available for a fee of $20 per order.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
It's not you, it's us. Or maybe it's you. Either way, we can be mature about this, right? If you would like to return or exchange an item, please submit a message on our Contact page using the subject line RETURN or EXCHANGE, and let us know why in the body of the message. We'll send you an RMA number and return shipping address. Please ship the product back to us with the RMA number displayed on the package, and we'll give you a full refund or exchange - no questions asked. Now here's the fine print: in order to receive your money back, you must submit a message requesting a Return or Exchange within 21 days of purchase, and we must receive the product back within 14 days of sending you the RMA number and address. But let's hope it doesn't come to that!
